5-Day Morocco Tour Itinerary from Tangier

Day 1: Arrival in Tangier

Day dedicated to visiting Tangier, the mysterious city. This port city, separated from Spain by the Strait of Gibraltar, features highlights such as the Kasbah, Cape Spartel, and the Hercules Caves. Dinner and overnight in Tangier.

DAY 2 : Tanger - Tetuan - Chefchaouen

You have two options to reach Tetouan and its UNESCO World Heritage Medina: the direct inland route or the Malabata Cape road, which runs along the coast to Ceuta and offers spectacular views of the Strait of Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains immersed in the blue of the Mediterranean (about 40 km longer). The road then climbs into the Rif Mountains and passes through the countryside before reaching the blue city: Chefchaouen.

DaY 3: Chefchaouen – Meknes – Volubilis - Fez

In the morning, take time to stroll through the indigo-blue alleyways of this beautiful Rif city before heading toward Fez. We will visit Morocco’s third imperial city, Meknes, with its 40 km of city walls. In Meknes, we will explore the main attractions, including Bab El Mansour Gate, Bab Lakhmiss Gate, the royal stables, and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. Then we continue to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis to explore the site before heading to Fez for another overnight stay.

Day 4: Guided Tour of the City of Fez

Day dedicated to visiting Fez, with its medieval medina and labyrinth of alleys, its sumptuous palaces and madrasas, and its colorful souks. You will have time to immerse yourself in the daily life of this ancient royal city, which is also the spiritual capital of Morocco.

Day 5: Departure

Transfer to Fez Airport or Tangier Airport.
